Reporting to CEO

Location: Leeds (Hybrid working 3 days office, 2 days home)
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Mon – Fri, 4.5 day working week

Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join the team at Cindercone. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks and supporting our Sales team.  The person will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be proficient in office software and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents for clients and management such as quotes and proposals
  • Complete various data entry onto our CRM System
  • Arrange client appointments, reseller meetings
  • Works with sales and consulting to create and review consulting estimates
  • Works with the sales team to ensure pipeline is managed and followed up
  • Assist the Sales teams in responding to client issues promptly keeping track of all issues, and
    follow up until resolution.
  • Work with vendors to provide and maintain accurate pricing of products and services.
  • Assist Operations team in responding to questions on orders and quotes.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support to sales team.
  • Collate Directors expenses and submit to finance.
  • Research potential new services.
  • Liaise with internal teams on projects
  • Oversee and manage LinkedIn posts
  • Event management – book flights, hotels, meetings etc.
  • Office – liaise with HR on things like first aid, fire regulations etc.
  • Be the main contact for any building issues with the landlord
  • Organise and submit board report
  • To cover any other admin duties required to support the business
Skills/Attributes

Mandatory

  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and excel skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with good work ethic.
  • Attention to detail and outstanding time management skills.
  • High level of organisational and data entry skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Salary £26k-£30k (based on experience).
