Coronavirus (Covid-19) planning

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our clients and partners personal data; in this policy we explain how we will treat your personal information.

We have been actively monitoring the coronavirus situation daily since its emergence and have a team of people including board members overseeing our plans.

The health and safety of our people and those of our customers, suppliers and other business partners is paramount. We have implemented robust contingency planning across the business in order to protect the health of our people and those with whom we come into contact. This includes, but is not limited to, implementing the advice of the authorities, particularly Public Health England and others as appropriate.

As a strategic supplier to our customers we have been executing plans to ensure maximum continuity as the situation evolves and minimise disruption to our operations and those of our customers. We have remote working capability in place for all key processes and systems for 100% of our personnel and this capability has been subject to readiness testing within the last week. We are in a position to be able to close our offices and for all personnel to work from home at short notice if that is deemed necessary, whilst maintaining business operations as close as is possible to normal. In most cases we are also able to deliver services remotely and have meetings across locations via video or teleconference.

If you have current on-site project work being undertaken by us or we are due to visit you in person;

By accepting visitors to your premises, we assume that you are aware of and are implementing the Public Health England advice for employers and businesses within your organisation and at the visit location address (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/guidance-to-employers-and-businesses-about-covid-19). If that is not the case we ask that you please advise us so that we can consider alternative methods of working with you such as remote access or remote meetings using video or teleconferencing facilities. In order to help us prevent the spread of the virus we would also ask you to inform us if you have had known cases of the virus within your organisation so that we can make alternative plans.

We assure you that we will be doing our very best in order to maintain our services to our customers during this time.

If you require any further information or assistance please contact us directly.
