Salesforce to Sage, Getting Our Own House in Order

At Cindercone, we think it’s important to practice what we preach.

So, working with Salesforce Consulting Partners, Mint we decided to get our Salesforce CRM system talking to our website and Sage 50 Cloud accounts software.

Mint has been a valued partner for some time now. We work together with a number of customers on Salesforce integration with ERP systems and websites using Magma as the solution, so they were the logical choice to work with on our own internal systems.

We use a few different tools such as TaskRay in Salesforce recording time spent on projects then sending that information to Sage for billing.

Another area is importing enquiries from our website through to Salesforce using Web to Lead. We then use Salesforce to create opportunities, then produce quotes and orders, then Magma puts the data into Sage for billing.

Integrations between SFDC and accounts/ERP are becoming more popular as companies choose best of breed solutions in a loosely coupled fashion.

Magma is the perfect tool to link these solutions together.

Keep watching as we publish updates on this and other projects on our website and social channels.

Get in touch with us if you would like to see how this can work for your business, whether you use Sage, SAP or another ERP that we work with.
